This reminded me of way back when my wife and I were dating, we we watching a Thérèse Raquin on Masterpiece Theater. My wife’s mom kept falling a sleep, which was surprising because it was one of the episodes with some really steaming sex scenes. At the end of the show while my wife and I were still a bit shell-shocked, my wife’s mom woke up and said “That was a really boring episode!”
love your cartoons. . . this phone one just makes me think about what i tell friends and family when their eyes and fingers are glued to those idiot boxes, don’t get me wrong i think cell phones are good but only if used with a bit of common courtesy ツ

This is so true. I remind my teenagers constantly to remember to put their phones down for a while and LIVE life
