There’s a lot to like about Australia, but I don’t think I would like Australian summers! I love the cold, I tolerate the summer heat (barely) here in the US.
But the notion of never being too old to have fun is still valid for the winter!
That’s true! I love the summer, until it gets too hot, and then I miss winter – until it gets to winter, and then I start missing summer all over again!
My easy rule to remember is… when you get cold you can always add another layer of clothing or blanket, but there is a limit to how much you can take off when you get hot. So winter even when it is too cold is easier to work around than summer!
