I’m so sorry for the unplanned hiatus – my scanner threw a tantrum and decided to stop working, but apparently all I had to do was restart my laptop 32193 times and it’s working now.

My iPad died this week. We tried everything to reboot, de- bug…. Nothing, just grey tones scrolling. My 9 yr old daughter picked it up and hugged it, Bingo, it’s fixed! 😂😂😂 you’ve gotta love that!

Speaking of iPads and tablets. Have you ever considered drawing one or two of these on a tablet and just bypassing the cranky scanner for a while? Just a thought. Thank you for the giraffes.
I bought a tablet not too long ago! maybe I just need to practice for a while, everything I draw on it seems to turn out not so great haha :)
If that’s something you are interested in you should check out Florian Satzinger. He’s a former Disney animator working in Europe. He does a lot of stuff straight to computer and it looks like he drew it by hand. I’ve talked to him a couple of times and he is very eager and willing to help people improve. He’s on Facebook, and you can check out his blog paperwalker.blogspot.com.
