Something a little bit different today. A little while back I was contacted by the guys over at Reddit’s Upvoted podcast and they expressed an interest in featuring Motivating Giraffe and myself on one of their episodes. Reddit is really where Motivating Giraffe was born so I was super excited to be part of something so cool.

Not everyone has the power and strength to talk about depression, stigma around being mentally unwell, and even the risk of suicide whilst making those who listen feel safe and unashamed… Thank you so much for what you’re doing, not only with your book and website, but through interviews such as this one. Truly inspirational.
